You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program , filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts —all designed to inspire and engage. You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster , manage day-to-day operations , ensure compliance , and handle admin tasks —all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth . With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team , you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
